Right Guard Traffic Management have for many years deployed to countless Greenfield deployments supporting vast amounts of Major Music and Special Events with Traffic Management and Parking Solutions across the UK.
Not only do we manage the physical operation of managing the Temporary Car Parking locations , we provide planning in consultation with numerous Event Organisers and the Local Authorities whilst we investigate all elements that contribute to proposed parking locations and their impact on the local community. We invest time and effort in ensuring that suitable safe operating solutions are agreed and are practical to be implemented.
We set out and deploy suitable Traffic Management signage, Entrances & Exits and internal parking layouts with flexibility.
We mark out and provide lane management to facilitate the requirements. As an established Traffic Management contractor we have large amounts of equipment, chapter 8 signage and traffic cones.
We have relationships with contractors to provide Temporary Traffic Lights, Tower Lighting and Trackway.
Additionally we supply Hostile Vehicle Mitigation measures to support and enhance security at Special Events, our planning identifies risk locations, areas of interest and areas that require HVM interventions or a combination of HVM and Traffic Management. We work closely with Police Forces and Special Branch on threat and risk measures implementing the appropriate Traffic & Security provisions associated with each event.
Well equipped and experienced
Our Traffic and Parking Operatives are all uniformed and are very visible in our branded High Visibility PPE. We operate in teams led by Supervisors who are designated to manage specific areas and their teams of staff within it.
We are well equipped and work through all weathers , operating through extreme heat in the summer event season , we adapt through the English seasons with additional protective uniforms and welfare equipment to ensure the welfare of our teams are maintained at all times.
On large car parking deployments we deploy and equip with all terrain vehicles and have mountain bikes that are utilised by our teams and have additional support on standby during severe weather conditions as contingency planning.
Police Accredited Traffic Officers
To support our operations we have the additional layer of our CSAS Accredited Traffic Operatives, each is trained and qualified after being Police Vetted to operate on the Highways. Their deployments are very often essential to assist with Traffic Control measures especially with traffic entering or exiting on to the Highway from a Greenfield, this may include temporary traffic routes that are unfamiliar to local motorists.
Our CSAS operatives provide dynamic interventions proving their worth on temporary events and immediate traffic management including the management of Road Traffic Accidents until the Police arrive. Queue management is key to keeping motorists calm whilst keeping traffic moving, either during the Entry or Exit phase of an event. Our CSAS Traffic operatives are deployed to support these important key periods at events supporting our Parking and Traffic Teams.
